Using advanced genomic, genetic and molecular biology tools, we study the contribution of lncRNAs to cancer-relevant processes at the cellular and organismal level. Our aim is to dissect the complex biology of this novel class of RNAs and to gain a deeper understanding of the contribution of lncRNAs in health and disease.
