My primary research focuses on the causes and consequences of rapid bursts of speciation in primates. I am particularly interested in the genomic divergence that accompanies speciation and using these genomic signals to understand changes in morphology, ecology, life history, and behavior.

About the YREL Reproductive Ecology Lab

Established in 1998, biological anthropologists at the Yale Reproductive Ecology Laboratory conduct research on human and comparative evolutionary biology. We are particularly interested in key life history traits such as reproduction, growth, aging, and immune function.
